Open Enrollment starts Friday, December 4, 2020 and ends Friday, December 18, 2020

Open enrollment is the one time* each year that you can enroll in or elect to make changes to your medical or dental/vision plans. Also, take advantage of this time to start saving for your retirement by enrolling in the 401(k) plan.

*Without the requirement of a life event (newborn, marriage, divorce, loss of other coverage, etc.)

STEP 1: Complete the survey  (ENGLISH / SPANISH) to let us know how you would like us to help you during open enrollment.

STEP 2: Within an hour of submitting this form you will receive an email with a link to your benefits webpage.

STEP 3: Visit the webpage to explore your options, complete forms digitally, and connect with Benefits Administrators.

That’s ok, but you must at least complete the survey/step 1. It’s ok if you do not want to participate or if you only want information at this time. But we still need you to let us know and gain access to your benefits webpage to explore your options. If you change your mind you can always let the Benefits Administrators in our Human Resources Department know by December 18, 2020.
